      Sometimes referred to as “bad cholesterol” high levels can lead to a buildup of cholesterol in arteries.

    • Total Cholesterol

      Often measured by typical blood tests and easiest to measure, combined for all types of cholesterol.

    • Hemoglobin A1c

      Provides an average of blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months. It’s a key marker for diagnosing and monitoring diabetes.

    • Fasting Insulin

      A hormone that regulates blood sugar levels. Abnormal levels after fasting can indicate insulin resistance or prediabetes.

    • Homocysteine

      An amino acid that, when elevated, can be a risk factor for heart diseases, stroke, and other conditions. Certain genetic variations can affect its metabolism.

    • Ferritin

      Most sensitive test to detect iron deficiency. Low levels can indicate iron-deficiency anemia, while high levels might indicate inflammation or an iron storage disorder.

    • Vitamin D

      Important for bone health (essential for longevity) as it helps the body absorb calcium. Also plays important role in immunity and countless other systems.

    • C-reactive protein

      An indicator of inflammation in the body. Elevated levels can be a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.

    • Cortisol

      A steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands. Controls metabolism, inflammation, and circadian rhythms. High levels can be indicative of chronic stress, disrupted sleep or other conditions.

    • DHEA-S

      The body uses DHEA to make androgens and estrogens, the male and female sex hormones. Impacts the body’s metabolism and immune response.

    • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone

      Regulates the production of thyroid hormones. The most sensitive test for primary hypothyrodism.

    • Testosterone

      The primary male sex hormone responsible for male reproductive tissues. Can influence energy levels, personality and more.

    • Estradiol

      The primary female sex hormone. It also plays a role in bone health and cardiovascular function. Your kit will be customized to measure testosterone or estradiol depending on gender.
